How to Reserve a Luxurious Ride with Worldwide Limo?

There are three steps involved in booking a vehicle from our lineup of vehicle models. The first step is to select whichever service type you need. When you click on the service type button, you will find a drop-down menu consisting of 6 options.

The options include the point-to-point transfer service, hourly reservations, private and commercial airport arrival or departure services, and seaport transportation. Our extra services include the VIP services where the chauffer personally meets you inside the airport. We also have hotel partnered ride services and large group events. We also offer executive transportation for the corporate individual.

The next box you would have to check will be the pickup date and time. Then you’d need to provide your preferred pickup location and where you’d like to go. You can add a stop if you need to pick other guests along the way.

The next box would need you to include the number of passengers you have. The number can vary from one to a group of about 50 people, depending on the vehicle you’ll need. You’ll also need to specify whether or not you have any luggage. Our sedans typically carry a maximum of three individuals and the same amount of luggage.

The SUVs carry a maximum of 6 people with the same amount of luggage. On the other hand, the stretch limos take a maximum of 10 people and a luggage capacity not exceeding three bags. For the party of 20 and above our motorcoach is what you need. Always ensure that you include the child seat reservation when booking if you’d like one included in the vehicle.

At Worldwide Limo, we are all about inclusivity and would like everyone to enjoy our services fully. That said, there is a disabled person’s option on the form, which you can also check to let us know whether to include an accessibility option. The final item in the first step is to select whichever model of vehicle you would like.

At Worldwide Limo, we believe in transparency and integrity. When selecting your vehicle of choice, you will find the prices of each model and the sitting capacity. There are no hidden charges for any of our services. We do, however, allow a 20pc gratuity fee for any booking. Any other charges afterward would be added if you so wish.

There is also the option of choosing a vehicle from the lowest price range to the most expensive. This option caters to even the budget-conscious individual, allowing them to enjoy comfort and luxurious rides without needing to break the bank.

The final step towards booking your ride is to fill in your details, including your email address and phone number to help us contact you when your chauffeur arrives. You can place a call at any time, and we can have a car waiting for you at the pickup point in about 15 minutes.

Waiting Time and Fees

We do offer a 15-minute waiting period for any residential and hotel pickups. The same goes for domestic and international private airport pickups. For international arrivals, we offer a one-hour grace period while local arrival pickups are provided a 30-minute grace period. Once the chauffeur arrives at your pick up location, you will receive a text alerting you of their arrival.

If you go over the waiting time provided, we charge additional fees based on hourly rates as provided for by the vehicle you initially reserved. If you would like to cancel your vehicle reservation, we offer a 4 hours’ grace period and a full refund.

Any cancellations made after the 4 hours is usually considered as a late cancellation. In such a case, you would still be required to pay the full amount for the vehicle.

The Pickup

We offer two types of pickup services; a baggage claim meets and greets and an airport curbside pickup. Our baggage claim meets and greets service will have the driver waiting inside the airport terminal with a name sign. For this service, the chauffeur will meet you at the baggage claim, even if you don’t have any luggage.

We charge an extra parking fee for the baggage claim meet and greet so that the chauffeur can wait 15 minutes to your arrival. If you choose the airport curbside pickup, you can coordinate with the driver on where to pick you up outside the terminus.

Your chauffeur will be tracking your flight for any early arrivals or delays for both of these services. As mentioned above, the driver will alert you of their arrival 15 minutes before you land.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between booking an airport curbside pickup or a baggage claim meet and greet?

In both scenarios your driver will be tracking your flight for any delays or earlier flight time arrivals. You will have received a text from your driver 15 minutes before you land welcoming you, letting you know his location. If you chose to be picked up curbside, you now have his contact info to coordinate a fast and easy curbside pickup. If you choose our meet and greet service, the driver will be waiting for you inside of the terminal at the baggage claim assigned to your flight with an iPad name sign, even if you did not check in any luggage. For international flights, your driver will be waiting for you outside of customs.

The only extra charge for meet and greet services will be parking.

Is gratuity included?

We always add 20% gratuity to every reservation. Anything extra is based upon your discretion.

What is your policy for wait time?

Complimentary grace period time table:
– 15 minute grace period for all hotel and residences pickups
– 15 minute grace period for private aviation arrival pickups (Domestic & International)
– 30 minute grace period for domestic arrival pickups
– 1 hour grace period for international arrival pickups

Going over the grace period will result in additional charges which will be based on the hourly rate of the type of vehicle reserved.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel any reservation up to 4 hours of the pickup time for a full refund. Anything after that will be deemed a late cancellation and you will still be obligated to pay the total amount.

Can I call for a vehicle right away?

Yes. We can have a vehicle at your desired location within 15 minutes.

How will I know that my car has arrived?

Your reserved vehicle will always be on location 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. At which time the driver will text you that he is there.
